MSC CYBERPORT SMART CITY

Bandar MSC Cyberport, a designated MSC Malaysia Cybercity, is a new mixed development project on a 36 acre location in Bandar Indahpura, Kulaijaya. 
This new ICT flagship project in Iskandar Malaysia is strategically located at the meeting point of the North-South Highway and Second Link Highway. Bandar MSC Cyberport is accessible approximately 30 minutes away from Singapore, 3 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur and only 10 minutes away from Senai International Airport of Johor.
It is just next to the recently opened Johor Premium Outlets and close to the Malaysian University of Technology (UTM) which produces more than 10,000 knowledge workers every year. It is planned for a modern cluster of IT buildings where knowledge and skilled locals & foreign knowledge workers will reside and work.
The Phase 1 development of Bandar MSC Cyberport will consist of a 14-storey MSC Cyberport Digital Centre, Cyber Enterprise Complexes, SOCO (Small Office Cyber Office) units, a Lifestyle and Incubation Centre and Cyberpark. The concept of Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) has been adopted for the development of the Cybercity. 
 
Phase one of MSC Cyberport City will cover an area of approximately 36 acres and will include the development of:
 
  • MSC Cyberport Digital Centre
  • Cyber Enterprise Complexes
  • SOCO or Small Office Cyber Office
  • Cyberpark
  • A Lifestyle and Incubation Centre.
