Johor Bahru, 16 January 2026— MSC Cyberport welcomed a courtesy visit from UiTM Cawangan Johor as part of ongoing efforts to foster meaningful industry–academia collaboration and strengthen the digital innovation ecosystem in Johor.

The delegation from UiTM Johor was led by Prof. Madya Dr. Saunah Zainon, Rector of UiTM Cawangan Johor, accompanied by Dr. Faridah Najuna Misman, Deputy Rector (Research & Industry Linkages). Also present were the ICAN Coordinator, Corporate Communication Coordinator, and representatives from various related units, reflecting a strong cross-functional commitment to future collaboration.

The visit focused on strategic-level discussions exploring potential partnerships in areas such as digital technology, innovation-driven initiatives, applied research, and talent development. Both parties shared perspectives on aligning academic capabilities with industry needs to enhance graduate employability and ensure workforce readiness in an increasingly digital economy.
